Omen is an Amarr ship, so sorry, but you need to train Gallente or Minmatar to have a chance in PVP. And you cant fit an Omen properly anyway, not even with Adv Weap Upgds at 5. Only Gallente and Minmatar ships are possible to fit properly. Sorr...
